Meetings for Results is for people eager to see better results from their meetings, both those they lead and those in which they are members. This course helps participants understand why meetings fail and gives them the resources to have productive meetings. Designed by meetings expert Bill Daniels, a series of exercises guide participants to develop their meeting planning and participation skills as they move through the increasingly complex day. We focus on the Regular Meetings that managers hold with their direct reports and in cross-functional projects. The course advocates that management meetings should be focused on decision-making in order to keep the organizations resources focused on its best opportunities and most significant threats.

Managers learn in a form of group decision-making that does not cloud the issues of accountability for implementation. We show managers how to create the environment of trust and confidence in which people are willing to tell the truth and benefit for their differences of perception and opinion. Good regular meetings are the key to developing the organization?s intelligence and demonstrating your skills as a manager.
